Apostle Howard is the Founding Apostle of Ekklesia Fellowship of Covenant Churches and Ministries, Inc. and The Kingdom Church, Int'l. He is the Visionary of these apostolic ministry with a worldwide, multi-cultural vision to impact, empower, and transform the lives of all people through life applicable biblical principles and devine spiritual growth, development, and impartation. He has an anointed Apostolic and Prophetic word of deliverance, for healing and complete spiritual wholeness that transcends every culture and church denomination.

As a Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor and Teacher he is a gifted man of God, who ministers under a strong apostolic and prophetic five-fold mantle that God has placed upon this “Vessel of Might”. His passion is to make sure that the people of God are not just having a church experience, but a God-relationship experience with a ministry that is “Transforming Lives and Reaching Souls for the Kingdom of God. He is a much sought after revivalist, crusade and conference speaker nationally and international. His worship services are followed with miracles, healings and deliverance.

Apostle Howard is known as the "The Apostle of Deliverance" and has been commissioned by God to preach with the apostolic authority and extreme prophetic power of the Holy Ghost. He has shared ministry platforms with prominent figures such as: Pastor Marvin Winans, The Late Pastor Nathan Simmons, Bishop John Francis, Pastor Donnie McClurkin, Pastor Liston Page Jr, Wanda Davis-Turner.

He is committed to "Setting The Captives Free" from spiritual and physical bondage. Multitudes have been saved and delivered under his powerful ministry.
