Chief Apostle Newton is the presiding prelate of Signet International Alliance which has the global mandate of excavating and uniting God’s five-fold ministry gifts (Apostles, Prophets, Pastors, Evangelists, and Teachers) around the world for the edification of the Body of Christ and the re-establishment of His governmental order in the earth. The S.I.A. empowers people through Kingdom centered apostolic teaching which transforms thinking, culture, behavior and belief systems, thus equipping people to transform their communities and nations. Currently the Signet International Alliance is represented in the United States, Africa, India, and Pakistan.

For the past twenty three years, he has progressively served in the Kingdom of God ministering in local, national, and international vineyards. He has been distinguished as a man of faith, a worshipper, a mentor, and an apostolic father in the Lord. From the inception of his ministry to date, Chief Apostle Newton maintains as the CEO of his personal ministry, Kelvin J.
