Apostle Bell is a graduate of the Full Gospel Baptist Bible Institute of Upper Darby Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Bible and Theology, and the Regency Christian College of Jacksonville, Florida with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Pastoral Ministry and a Masters Degree in Divinity. He has also received a Certificate of Completion in Urban Evangelism from the Melvin Floyd School of Evangelism in Philadelphia Pennsylvania, a Certificate in Pastoral Ministry from Cathedral University of Los Angeles, California, and a Certificate as a Certified Chaplain from the Tripp Bible Institute of Marion, North Carolina. He has an Honorary Doctorate of Divinity Degree from the World Christianship Ministries of Fresno, California, and an Honorary Doctorate of Letters Degree from the Academy of Universal Global Peace of Chennai, India.
He was the former First Assistant Presiding Prelate of the Maranatha Faith Fellowship International, a former Secretary of the Pennsylvania Prison Chaplain’s Association and the Koinonia Fellowship of Churches, a former Board Member of Yoke-fellowship Prison Ministries, Inc, and a former member of the Church Committee of Justice and Mercy, Inc.
