- Marcus LaVert Forrest was born and reared of humble beginnings in Augusta, Georgia. His mother is Mildred Forrest and his father is the late Willie Grant Forrest. He is the fifth of eight siblings. On July 12, 1991 at the age of 21, he was led to Jesus Christ by Pastor Arlene Williams of Pure Gospel Holiness Church. He submitted himself under her leadership and worked for several years as a traveling outreach Missionary/Evangelist. In 1994, brother LaVert became a licensed and ordained minister under the leadership of Apostle Daryl Glenn McCoy (Founder & General Overseer) and Bishop Morris Williams of Trumpet in Zion Fellowship. On January 11, 2001 The Holy Spirit laid on his heart to start New Creation Outreach Ministries, Inc. In 2003, He was ordained as a Pastor by Emmett Johnson, Senior Pastor of Living Word Fellowship Church. On August 6th 2003 the first service was held for New Creation Outreach Ministries where LaVert Pastored for over four and a half years. On July 5, 2012 he Incorporated LaVert Forrest Ministries. Brother LaVert walks in the Office of Apostle. He has a strong Apostolic and Prophetic anointing on his life to bring deliverance to those who are bound, a passion to win lost souls, a mandate from God to restore the Five-Fold Ministry to the Body of Christ, and preach the gospel of the Kingdom to the Nations of the world. He has a teaching, equipping, and perfecting ministry to prepare those who are called to lead in the body of Christ. Manifested in his ministry are signs, wonders, word of wisdom, word of knowledge, gift of faith, gifts of healing, working of miracles, prophecy, discerning of spirits, divers kinds of tongues, and interpretation of tongues. Many have been saved, delivered and made free under his ministry. Brother LaVert celebrated his 23rd year in the ministry on 2014 July 12, 2014. He is married to the anointed, lovely, and beautiful Prophetess Conney Amey Forrest who is his wife and co-laborer in the ministry. She is the apple of his eye, and an awesome helpmate to their home. She is his first ministry whom he cherishes dearly. LaVert and Conney currently reside in Atlanta, Georgia. LaVert is available for revivals, crusades, conferences, workshops, impartations, seminars, leadership training, healing services, and other events.
