Apostle Moore has been preaching for 34 years, Since he was 15 years old.
He recieved his first Minister License, April 12, 1980 from the late Bishop J. Greer Sr.

Apostle Moore established, The Soul Deliverance Crusade Outreach Inc., in 1993 and he
ask the Lord for a name for the ministry, and the Lord gave him Soul Deliverance
along with the scripture - Proverbs 11:30.
