- My name is Artis C. Newton, Jr. I am deaf. I am Deaf Evangelist. I just moved to Georgia along with my beautiful wife (ROSLYNN F. NEWTON) of 14 years, and we are the proud parents of four children. God birthed me with a ministry called Silent Praise Ministries. Right now, I am just visiting church that have deaf ministries. I am praying that God will leading me to the right church. I am waiting on God first.
