- Through the wisdom and favor of God, Bishop J. Lewis Moore, II, has blessed and inspired communities and churches nationwide as an author, pastor, teacher, musician and community activist. Born in Lumberton, N.C., and raised in Richmond, Virginia, Bishop J. Lewis Moore, II is the youngest of two children entrusted to the care of Bishop James L. Moore, Sr. and Pastor Ruth I. G. Moore, both of whom are pastors in the state of Virginia. At an early age, he developed a deep love for the scriptures and was enrolled in a private Christian school to nurture and define this gift. As time progressed and his hunger increased, he furthered his Christian education by attending three well respected seminaries on the East Coast: C.H. Mason Bible College, Virginia Union University School of Theology, and Berea Bible College and Seminary. In later years, he became the instructor of Old Testament I and Old Testament II at the C.H. Mason Bible College. In 1987, Bishop Moore, was appointed the pastor of his first church, Tower of Deliverance Church Lawrenceville, Virginia. In addition, he served as leader of the Greater Emmanuel Church of God, Norfolk, Virginia for seven years. Out of this ministry, the vision of a global ministry, Greater Grace World Outreach Ministries, was born. GGWOM started as a radio outreach ministry that in its infancy grew to broadcast weekly in three states: Virginia, South Carolina, and North Carolina. As a result, invitations began to pour in for Bishop Moore to minister in the prisons of the Carolinas. The community awareness vision expanded to greater dimensions when he organized the Emmanuel Lot of Love outreach program which focused on meeting the needs of the people in the Park Place section of Norfolk, Virginia. This program grew to feed 1000 families, provide job placement opportunities, and health care services for the community residence. His efforts as a humanitarian earned him local and national recognition with well renowned groups such as the 700 Club and Operation Blessings World Wide Disaster Relief Program. He has made numerous television and radio appearances speaking out on community issues such as black on black crime, the inner-city drug epidemic, homelessness and hunger crises, and returning African American dollars to our community. Bishop Moore is the author of many Christian development books and tapes and will be releasing his newest tutorial next summer titled "Irons in the Fire!". He presently serves as Pastor of Disciples Harvest Covenant Ministries in Falmouth, VA.,and holds the office of Bishop of Protocol in Shepherds' Heart Fellowship International, Inc., headquartered in Kansas City, MO. He is leader and advisor to pastors across the country and works in conjunction with them to restore trust, integrity, and accountability back to the pulpits and our communities across the globe. He is Married to the love of his life, Marguerite "Micki" Jones-Moore and they have three children: Min. J. L. Moore, III, Jadia Bateman and Jamaris Moore.

As a Note: The Guinness Book of World Records talks about the letters "J' and "V" as being the newest letters added to English Alphabet, which is post Shakespearean 1630. So the letters "J" and "V" are only 379 years old. Also In The Hebrew /Greek There Is No Letter "J" Take These Bible Tools And Look And See; All "J"s Are a "Y" And All "V" Are a "W" In The Hebrew: Praise Yahweh! We Can Do All Things In Yahweh! It Is A Wonderful Time For Us To Be Here This Day!
