- Bishop Michael A Semiens
Bishop Michael Anthony Semiens was born and raised in Houston Texas. He received his call into the ministry at the age of three. Under the leadership of his mother Minister Wilma G. Semiens he was taught to wait on God’s divine order. He attended Antioch Baptist Church under the late pastor Sherman West of Houston Texas. His early training was under the leadership of Bishop Dorothy Washington. He then transitioned to Total Man Christian Fellowship Church under Apostles Tim and Joyce James, where he was taught to walk in the call of God.
At the age of 25, Michael Anthony Semiens preached his first sermon titled; ‘Wont the Joshua generation please stand up,’ under the leadership of Apostle David Ned of Recharge Christian Fellowship Church in Houston Texas, where he also preached and played the drums.
Later under the leadership of Apostle James K. Sayles of the Shepard Tabernacle he was licensed and ordained as an elder and served.
Bishop Michael Semiens is the founder of The Place Ministries in Houston Texas where he preaches the word, focusing on ‘Repenting, Returning, and Being Restored’ one family at a time. He focuses on relationship and salvation with Jesus Christ.
Michael semiens is a license biblical councilor from Christian Institute of Counseling and obtained a degree.
Bishop Semiens has also completed a degree in episcopal studies from Texas Bible institute and seminary, and presently pursuing a degree in divinity.
