Dear Doug,

This is your cousin Alecia (Lesa) from Detroit. We moved to the Memphis, TN area about 19 months ago. Jean shared with me you have been ill recently. Know this since we received word of your condition Pastor Dwayne and I have not stopped praying for you. Be encouraged. We love you much. We are traveling to Detroit next week. Dwayne's dad is gravely ill and in the hospital in Mt. Clemens.

Know this, God is not through with you yet. He has big plans in store for your life and the ministry he has called you to. Tell Frances we send her our love as well.
