- Pastor Avril E. Wiggins and Elder Joseph Wiggins Jr. were led by God in September 2003 to start House of Rapha International Ministries Inc. thus House of Rapha started with prayer and bible study in their home.
Pastor Wiggins has been in the ministry for 20+yrs. She was saved and filled with the Holy Ghost at the age of 11. Knowing that there was a Prophetic call upon her life, God used her even in her youth, to lay hands and cancer was healed, and countless numbers of young people gave there life to the Lord. God used her to Prophesy many into there Destiny. She was raised at the feet of the old mothers of the church and learned how to stand in the gap and lay before the Lord.
She started in the Church Of Our Lord Jesus Christ of the Apostolic Faith Inc. but, in 1986 she became a member of Grace Cathedral Church Of God In Christ under the leadership of then Elder Sammy C. Smith her spiritual father. Shortly, therafter she was called into the ministry and was licensed as a aspiring missionary, then as a Deconess Missionary under Bishop Johnny James Johnson and Mother Willie Mae Rivers the National Supervisor of Women for the Churches of God in Christ.
She moved to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania in 1991, where she joined Mount Calvary C.O.G.I.C. under the leadership of Superintendent D.R. Gilmore in, 1997-98 Superintendent Gilmore recommended her for licensing thus in 1998 she was licensed as an Evangelist Missionary under the late Bishop Ozro Thurston Jones Jr. and Mother Lenora James, former Supervisor of Women for the Commonwealth Pennsylvania Jurisdiction C.O.G.I.C. being lead by God to move to Maryland in 1999, she joined Restoration Church Of God In Christ.
In October 2002, she was ordained as an Elder in the Lord's Church. On June 10th, 2006 Pastor Wiggins earned her PhD in Christian Education, Pastoral Studies and Biblical Studies from Agape Bible College and University in Birmingham, Alabama. In October 2006 Pastor Wiggins had hands laid on her and was ordained by her spiritual father and Mother, Bishop I.V. and Lady Bridget Hilliard. In 2007, God called her into the office of the Apostle and God is continuing to catapult her into higher heights and deeper depths. Whatever you want to call her Prophetess, Pastor, Doctor, or Apostle, she most prefers to be called a servant of the most high God.
Pastor Wiggins has served in many capacities through the years as aCounselor for Prison Fellowship Ministries, Youth Counselor, Sunshine Band Director, Worship Leader, Psalmist, Preacher, Teacher, etc., whatever her hands found to do she has done it.
Pastor Wiggins is under A.I.M. which is a fellowship founded by Bishop I.V. and Lady Bridget Hilliard, and the Hilliards are her and Eld. Wiggins spiritual parents. She is also apart of Aaron's Army under Bishop TD Jakes, and is happily married to Elder Joseph Wiggins Jr. and the mother of Zipporah, Shekinah, Zithri, Josiah, and Micah. Pastor Wiggins is also the spiritual mother to many.

WITH ALL THE LOVE
On August 18, 2009 my son, Lewis Eldridge Jr., (Two Ton) age 32 was shot down by what is known in this world as a drive by shooting. Needless to say that what the enemy meant for evil through this tragedy has led me and my family to “STAND” and believe even the more so, in the ever loving, tender mercies and faithfulness of God, for it is in our weakness that He is made strong.
MADE TO SHOUT
This is my walk through the “Valley of Baca”, and God has prepared a “SHOUT” in my spirit man, that I may “raise my voice like a trumpet, cry loud and spare not”, a voice that will "break in like a fire and like a hammer" (Jer. 23:29) After watching my son "die to soon" my call has now been upgraded to go the “extra mile” beyond the pew view, “after a "generation and not a congregation", the “SHOUT” will not fall on deaf ears, as it has been prepared by God, to stir people not just to "give" but to “live” in such a way that God gets the glory for every story, for only what we do for Christ will last.
MADE TO PREACH
I was told earlier by a friend that I was to preach my son's eulogy, but because of what I saw happen the thought was that I might not be able to relay God’s "Kingdom Message" which must be articulated at all times, because of my inner pain. I was later told by someone attending my son’s services that I had indeed preached his funeral (“for we are living epistles read of men“), when I closed the top of the casket lid, tucked him in and told him to get his rest, for all our changes would come some day, and it is a "change that I believe in".
MADE TO TEACH
There is a time and season for everything under the sun, and only God knows the real plans that He has for us, for we are the sheep of His pastures, so, “TEACH” us to number our days so we will apply our hearts unto wisdom. I am committed to go with His flow for I am His "Servant Glo" and His “GLOW” is intended to light up the hearts of men so our Father who is in heaven may be glorified.
MADE TO REACH
As I closed the lid of the casket, our Father will open up the eyelids, unstop deaf ears, make the dumb to talk, and the lame to leap for joy in their hearts and not in a hearse. He has opened up the flood gates of heaven and His message for me is Loud and it is Clear, STAND, SHOUT, PREACH, TEACH, AND REACH, for “I came that you might have life, and life more abundant“.
