Music etc.): I was saved at the age of 12, began preaching around 15 and my ordination certificate is dated, September 10 1974 I was ordained Bishop in 1990 and Pastored the following Churches: Columbus, Ga., Vidalia Ga, Founded the following churches: Dalton Ga, Cordele, Ga., Valdosta, Ga., Gallatin Tenn., I also have Pastored: New Rochelle, New York, Albany, NY, Greensboro, NC., Houston, TX., and now I Pastor a wonderful Church in Jacksonville, FL

I am married to the love of my life, the former Miss Regina D. Smith (Scotton) for 29 years and we have one gorgeous Son Bruce A. Scotton, Jr. and my favorite song is "through many dangers tolls and snares, I have already come, it was grace that brought me safe thus far and grace will lead me on....

Our family Song is: Lord lift me up, and let me stand, my faith on heaven's table land no higher plane that I have found lord plant my feet on higher ground.

Throughout our ministry together regina and I have had to shed many tears even this past Thanksgiving Dinner, we wept together thanking God for bringing us through the past 3 years when our ministry was almost destroyed by people that hated me, and was terrilbly jealous of the anointing that God has given to me, i have had the opportunity to preach in the circles of people like The Honorable Pastor Shirley Ceasar, Bishop George Bloomer, Bishop Liston Page, Bishop Noel Jones, Prophettess Juanita Bynum, and I have served on the man Power committee with the Honorable Bishop T.D.Jakes,

I have had the privilege to preach conventions and Camp-Meetings throughout the world and all over this nation, from California to Florida, and as far north as Mass. Ct. Rhode island, Pa., NC., SC.,well in just about every state in the United States, every Island of the Carribean, Australia, England, Africa, Canada, and seriously I don't feel noways tired....
