She holds both an earned Masters of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry Degree and has served as a Professor of Biblical Studies, specializing in Greek New Testament. As an ordained, full-time itinerant evangelist with over 20 years of ministerial experience, Dr. Hooper pauses to become the first African American, and woman, to write a complete ministry handbook to guide and empower new and aspiring ministers and evangelists in the area of clergy development.
