Elder Chris St. Julian, Sr. was born on Sunday, February 19, 1989 in Tallahassee, FL. He received the baptism of the Holy Spirit at the age of 10 during a State Convention Meeting at Our Daily Bread Gospel Tabernacle under Bishop Horace Brown, Sr. Elder Chris attended Damascus Holiness Church of Jasper, FL with his grandmother, the late Missionary Mary R. Johnson, under the leadership of the late Elder Eddie Clay. It was there that Elder Chris received his mandate from God concerning ministry.

At the age of 12, Elder Chris began leading congregations into worship. By the age of 14, he was traveling as a full-time worship leader & musician of two churches; one located in St. Petersburg, FL, the other in Jasper, FL. In 2004, Elder Chris preached his trial sermon, later ordained and licensed in 2008 as a Minister and Youth Pastor by Bishop Vivian Thompson, presiding prelate of The New Latter Day Deliverance Ministries, Inc. in St. Petersburg, FL. For many years, he served as Youth Pastor to the church’s youth department, aided in all functions of church administration and led the church’s music department as Minister of Music. Many great leaders affirmed the “David’s Anointing” and the “Abraham’s Anointing” on his life, noting him as a “Man of Worship” and a “Man of Faith”. In 2012, Elder Chris was affirmed a Prophet and ordained an Elder under Bishops George and Dr. Rebecca McKay, presiding prelates of Miracles within Dimensions International Church Association in Holiday, FL. Elder Chris’ extreme passion and love for worship is evident to all who encounter his ministry, which God has used to open doors to many main stage platforms across the country to preach the Gospel.

Elder Chris is the founder and visionary of Chris St. Julian Ministries, Inc., headquarters located in Oldsmar, Florida. He is also the founder and CEO of Cross Babies Foundation, Inc., a growing faith-based non-profit with a mission of “preventing the abuse, neglect and senseless deaths of countless children across the world by providing resources and spiritual guidance to communities and families facing issues of child endangerment.”

Elder Chris currently resides in Oldsmar, Florida with his wife, Delores, and their two children, Christopher, II and Christiana. He is currently a student of Grace Bible College where he is completing his Bachelors. When asked where he gets his passion for Christ and ministry, he stated, “I’ve felt the mandate all of my life. The world needs God; it’s lost without Him. I’m just a small part of something much bigger than myself.”
