Bishop Willie Duncan is a outstanding man of God and stands true to the calling and gift that God has place before him to operate and be effective in the kingdom. As well as his brother Bishop RH Duncan Sr. my spiritual father who truly walks, teaches and preaches worthy of his calling and ministry. As it pertains to the Holy Ghost there is no good, better or best it's just the 1 Holy Ghost. When in comes to Jesus there is no good, better or best it's 1 Jesus only. As it pertains to the ministry of man thats where we find differances in performance and knowlege levels. The main question is are souls being saved though these wonderful men of God and if so they both are best at what they do.
