- Ernest Banks Jr is an ordained Elder who has been in ministry for 16yrs. He is a man of God who is all about family, he adores his wife and children who motivate him to pursue fullness of life. He has always had a desire of entrepreneurship, Ernest has over 20yrs of business and management experience which he utilizes to encourage others in their endeavors.
Elder Banks is a very knowledgeable and wise preacher and teacher of the Word of God. In his many years of ministry and outreach, he has participated in community revivals, tent services, and singing engagements alongside is wife.
Currently Elder Banks is assisting as Pulpit Leader and Worship Leader, and as a teacher for the New Redeem Apostolic Church at 5001 Germantown Ave in Philadelphia, Pa where Dr. Rev Linwood Riley is the Pastor .

We cannot come to maturity without recognizing the five-fold ministry gifts of Ephesians 4:11 – apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers (they are a team)! Their purpose and function is for “the equipping of the saints for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the son of God, to a perfect (“mature”) man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ; that we should no longer be children (immature), tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine (“teaching”), by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting, but, speaking the truth in love, may grow up (mature) in all things into Him who is the head – Christ – from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love” (Ephesians 4:11-16, NKJV).
