There are many places in the Word of God that commands us to Praise the Lord. The word "praise" means to express approval or commendation; to give applause. In many places, we are commanded to praise the Lord. On one occasion in the Word of God Jesus said that if we the people didn't praise him, the rocks a would cry out in praise.
