FEDERAL PROGRAM/funding-Looking for Churches/Pastors in Austin, TX & Orlando

I am looking for Pastors/congregations in Austin, Texas and Orlando, Florida who are interested in starting a Mentoring program for the Children of Prisoner's. There is possibility for FEDERAL FUNDING to run the program. Are you related to Bishop Eugene Thorpe in Pittsburg, Pa.? If so I met him many years ago through Pastor Herman Thompson and my close personal friend Bishop Harold Faust. Bishop Thorpe has preahced for Bishop Faust several times over the years and I thought you may be related to him.

Also I know our former 1st African American Mayor the honorable Rev Dr. Wilson Goode. My friend Bishop Faust and I desire to develop a mentoring program for prisoners children and we are forming a constortia of four ministries. One of the churches wrote the Prisoner re-entry program for the entire city of Philadelphia, and the other one has a judge who works with the court system with children. We desire to develop a federal program mentoring program and each of the four congregations has extensive facilities located in Germantown, North Philadelphia, South Philadelphia, and Bala Cywnd, Pa. I currently have a program which meets once a week on friday's with the older men and the younger people in the community. Plus we have a private school with grades Pre K - 12th grades.
