Norman offers an array of services inthe area of organizational development, assessment and Christian community development initiatives that help churches move beyond move beyond the often changing foundation of tithes and offerings. His prior experiences include providing executive level support for both domestic and internationally driven organizations.
Mr. Norman has comprehensive experience in non-profit development and a proven talent for interacting professionally with individuals at all levels. He has developed whole system interventions to align business plans, leadership capacity and volunteer engagement for greater productivity. In each of his professional and voluntary involvements, he has been a catalyst for improved performance and high accomplishment.
Mr. Norman’s latest consulting efforts involve propelling churches into a more engaging and forward-looking paradigm; that stretchespeople’s imagination and abilities while enhancing the socioeconomic infrastructure of local churches.
Aside from his developmental expertise, Mr. Norman uses his captivating oratory skills to impact large and small audiences on a spiritual level. Currently he receives much-needed insight from his Pastor, (Senior Pastor, Freedom Worship Center). He believes that having his pastor’s spirit ensures that what he pours into others is right and pure.
