About Me: (Ministry Info, Hobbies, Fav. Music etc.): Well, I am a lover of people and a servant of God and humanity. I now serve as the pastor of the historic Varick Memorial African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church in Brooklyn, New York. Varick is Brooklyn's oldest continous Black Church organized in 1818. I also pastored congregations in Greenport, NY, as well as in Brockton and North Attleboro, Massachusetts. I have a deep and abiding love for forgotton lore and english prose. Shakespeare, Milton, Wilberforce, and Longfellow are regular fixtures in my sermons and orations! lol I am the founder of the W.E.B. DuBois Leadership Academy (a program from high school aged minorities) and I am an ever constant participant in the fight against injustice in its many and various forms. I love Jazz, traveling, academic lectures, country estates, high english traditions, pipe organs, Motown, to be honest, if it is grand and over-the-top, it is a good chance that I like it! lol I am Malcolm.
