- I am an American who has been blessed and anointed by God to serve. I have a wonderful Holy Ghost filled wife Joyce, who is an inspiring motivator and advisor for many people of God. I have two gifted children a princess 8 yrs and a prince 7yrs. I recently retired from the U.S. Army having served honorably for 20 years. I love God for what He did for me through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ. My family, church and my country are extremely important to me and I value my relationship with them all. My purpose in this world is to spread hope to the world using the word of God. I love to preach, teach, motivate, coach and counsel. Ministry has become the very air I breathe. I am a defender of the grace of God given through the birth, life, death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ. My earnest prayer is that God richly blesses his people, and the United States of America. I count all my credentials as meaningless. I have much education but without the anointing I am just an over-educated debater.

Yes, a successful local or global church must operate using the TEAM concept.
