- Pastor Thames received his Bachelors of Arts degree in Sociology from Morris College in Sumter, SC, served in United States Navy, and obtained his Masters of Counseling degree from the University of Phoenix Las Vegas. Pastor Thames has served on the ministerial staff at Garden of Gethsemane, Church of God In Christ, Seattle, WA under the leadership of Supt. Jesse Townsel, where he was active as Mens Sunday School Teacher and Bible Study Teacher.
In 2005, Pastor Thames was ordained an Elder in the Nevada 1st ogressive DistEcclesiastical Jurisdiction, Church of God In Christ by Jurisdictional Prelate Bishop Carruth Hall. He has served as the Evangelist President for the Southern Holiness District Nevada under the leadership of Supt. Melvin Sanders Sr.
On September 20, 2009, Pastor Thames started Touch & Agree Christian Ministry, COGIC. In addition to his role as pastor, Pastor Thames serves as Nevada 1st Ecclesiastical Jurisdictional COGIC Sunday School Superintendent, Asst. District Supt. for the Progress District, Chaplain for Las Vegas Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc, Public Mediator for Clark County Neighborhood Justice Center, and a facilitator for the COPE Divorce Seminar.
