- Elder Durrell Williams is a native of Baltimore Maryland. He was born January 1, 1969. He was educated in the Baltimore City Public Schools where he graduated from the Lake Clifton Senior High School.
In the year of 1984 Brother Williams was baptized in the name of Jesus. Under the leadership of Late Bishop W.A Showell,at the First Apostlic Faith Church. In the year of 1986 Minister Williams was called to the Wailing Walls Church of Deliverance. Under the leadership of Pastor Loretta Johnson. In Dec.1987 under the leadership of Pastor Johnson Minster Williams was ordained Elder.
Elder Williams continued to seek God concerning his ministry. At that time God lead Elder Williams under the leadership of Bishop Floyd E. Nelson. Elder Williams served as the armour bearer of the Bishop and held some offices as the Bishops driver. In 1997 God spoke to Bishop Nelson to ordain Elder Williams to the office of Eldership under World Assemblies of Restoration better known as WAR.
Also in the year 1997 God called Bishop Nelson away to pastor a church in DC.
Elder Williams began to seek God even the more and the Lord lead him to the Pentacostal Church of Deliverance under the leadership of Dr. Marie Brice while there he served as Vice President of the Youth Department.
God saw Elder Williams faithfulness to the people of God and saw fit to bring him, his good thing. So in January 8 2000. He married Sis. Katina Wilson.
God called Elder Williams to another level in the year of 2001 to the office of Pastorship. He began the Full Gospel Deliverance Church. There have been hard times but the Lord has saw the ministry through. God has moved the ministry from the founding location at 1053 N. Milton Ave after spending 3yrs then the Lord moved them to 1719 N Gorsuch Ave. The ministry grew and God moved the ministry to it's current location at 2308 East Madison Street. Baltimore, Maryland.
In the year of 2007 the church and it's leader experienced it's greatest test. On March 7, 2007 Pastor Williams was awaken to a phone call stating that the church was on fire. Pastor Williams came to his church and began to cry out to God. Why?! And He gave him the scripture I have never seen the righteous forsaken nor His seed begging for bread. Then eight months later God blessed Pastor Williams and The Full Gospel Holiness Deliverance Church family to move back into their edifce. After moving back into their edifce God began to speak to Pastor Williams. Telling him that He has established a covenant with him. God used Pastor Williams fire to let the devil and Pastor Williams enemies know that he is blessed.
Therfore, Pastor Williams told his Congregation that the new motto is: From Tragedy to Victory! Pastor Williams is sought after all over the world. Because of his Preaching, Teaching, and Prophesing and his anointing that God has placed over his life.
Pastor Williams is a Faith-Believing, Faith-Seeing, Godfearing man of God. As Pastor Williams always says "If your not living right your going to hell".

Your testimony blesses my heart. Just to tell you a little about my Ministry is that for 4 yeears now I have been Ministering at a branch Church of the Beroya Gospel Fellowship, in Kawangware - Nairobi, Kenya.
We are in a rented Kindergaten premises, we look forward to the Lord giving us our place.
Now we have frequent loss of brethren for various reasons - I think it is too much thus inhibiting our growth both in numbers and quality of believers.
This is my earnest plea to you to pray for me and my ministry( I am a teaching Pastor) that the Lord would stand with us and grow us.
Lastly if you would please write or send me something on practical steps we could take for our growth as mentioned above. Thank you and God bless you.

As a Note: The Guinness Book of World Records talks about the letters "J' and "V" as being the newest letters added to English Alphabet, which is post Shakespearean 1630. So the letters "J" and "V" are only 379 years old. Also In The Hebrew /Greek There Is No Letter "J" Take These Bible Tools And Look And See; All "J"s Are a "Y" And All "V" Are a "W" In The Hebrew: Praise Yahweh! We Can Do All Things In Yahweh! It Is A Wonderful Time For Us To Be Here This Day! Note: Most Preachers, Evangelist, churches, artists, ministries,Prophets, Prophetess, Men And Woman Who Say They Have Been Call By The Most High God Yahweh, Don't Even Call Him By His Real Holy Name; The Holy Name Of The Most High Is YHWH Which Is YUD HAY WAW HAY That Saids "YaHWeH".
