- Pastor Jay T. Harrison Sr. is the husband of one lovely wife Elder Crystal Harrison and the father of five wonderful children, Jay T Jr, Juanita, Jessika, Robert and Romesha. He currently holds the elected position as Supervisor of the Berkeley District for James City County VA. Where he has served in this local elected official capacity for the past eight years. Pastor Harrison has also been serving since 2004 as Co- Pastor of True Vine Missionary Full Gospel Baptist Church where His father the founder and late State Bishop of PA. Bishop James L Harrison was the Pastor. His Mother, Pastor Lessie Harrison currently serves as senior pastor. This coming January 2008 Pastor Jay T. Harrison Sr. will take over the duties of senior pastor as he relocate to the City of Chester PA. He looks forward to leading the people of God into the next dimension of the Kingdom of God.
Pastor Harrison, loves to teach, preach, sing, eat, hunt and fish. He plays sports and believe in building healthy relationship.
Pastor Harrison's covering is Bishop Wayne Ellis of New Hope Full Gospel Baptist Church in Norristown PA. and his other father's in the Gospel are: Bishop Jessie Gaven, Bishop Stanley Smith, Bishop Greg. M. Davis, Bishop Felton Harris and Pastor Larry B. Surles.
Pastor Harrison is a businessman, he and his wife Owen an operate a Child Care Center in the James City County VA. and he is the founder of Keys For Change Community Development Corporation. A non profit company targeted at empowering the people of God to discover their eternal purpose and become educated in that gift so that it makes room for them economically, through access to better careers, and business ownership.
Pastor Harrison is the Co-founder of the NBL. neighborhood Basketball League, A program in the Williamsburg community that serve youth ages 10-18 both boys an girls. It has been in operation for fourteen years now and has served over 5000 youth. Harrison also founded the Civic Youth Leader Council, where he targeted the most At risk youth and trained them in the 21 Laws of Leadership by John C, Maxwell and become people of influence, The outcome was an is still paying off great return today many of the youth participant have graduated from 4 year colleges some have become counselors, teachers, business owners, and even representative of Boards and commission in other communities.

Going after Something BIG!

At the beginning of 2007 The Lord laid on my heart that this was the year of the opened door! (I Cor. 16:9,) He made very clear that this door was great an effective, the verse ends with " and there are many adversaries there. It is with great joy that I send this communication. The Lord has blessed our publishing ministry – Write the Vision Publications - with an awesome opportunity!
Years ago, I wrote a book titled I Will Do a New Thing in You. A local ministry asked if I would allow them to distribute the book to incarcerated women. What an honor it was!
We are offering the same opportunity to incarcerated men. We’re asking that you consider participating in this year’s publication. Write The Vision Publications (www.writethevisionpublications.com) will publish a series of books titled: Men of Great Power.
The process is simple. We ask that you type your manuscript in Word format and submit as an email attachment to info@writethevisionpublications.com. All rights to your material will remain your property.
The Manuscript submission deadline is September 30, 2011. Each manuscript should be 500 words or more. Be sure to include your contact info as you would like it to appear at the conclusion of your article.
We are not in position to offer monetarily compensation. Once the project is complete, this wonderful witnessing tool will be available for purchase at a reasonable $11.00 per copy. We encourage each author to purchase at least one copy to sow as a seed in the life of at least one incarcerated individual.
We are sure the Lord will richly bless you as together we creatively seek ways to bless His people. One thing I can promise you for sure…the book will go places where many of us may never go!
