Last week as I was sitting before the Lord, He began to speak something into my spirit that I hadn't contemplated at all. He ask me what does the cross mean to you. As I began to ponder this is stated that the cross isn't just a place where I died, but it's a place for offenders. Those who know that they have offenses and love me will willing take up their cross and follow me. Because they know that there is the only place where they can experience higher dominion in Me. In other words the cross is the place where the soul is separated from the flesh and the spirit. It's here that the soul makes a key decision to either pursue the spirit or the flesh. Remember at Golgotha there were three crosses. The one on the right and the one on the left. The thief who reviled Christ choose the path of the flesh. But, the thief on the right knew he deserved his punishment and was there willingly. He asked Christ one simple thing that separated his soul from his flesh and united him with the spirit for all eternity as Christ stated to him, "Today you will be with me in paradise!" Now, this little space hasn't allowed me to do justice to that which I heard it in my spirit. But the church has to come into a greater level of crucifixion, killing the sinful nature in our lives if we expect to be effective for the work of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ. What's in your life man or woman of God that is still alive (the flesh: sins, hurts, wound, unforgiveness, self justification, pride, rebellion, etc.) that refuses to die in you that give the devil legal rights to your life. It's time to take it all to the cross the last day move of God will demand it in you. Today, I've decided that whatever the will of God is will not be overridden by the sinful nature that refuses to die or that I'm not willing to let die for the sake of knowing Christ in the power and the might of his resurrection. It's time to arise in the nature and mind of God.
I pray that this was a blessing to you. If so, please respond to ihurt4themenofgod@yahoo.com.
God bless you all!!!
