- Dr. Paschal was born in 1961 to the late Rev. Fred D. Paschal Sr., and Mary Paschal. Dr. Paschal has an older brother (Fred Jr.) and younger sister (Belinda). Dr. Paschal is a graduate of Trotwood Madison High school. Dr. Paschal holds an Associates degree in Applied Science from Sinclair Community College in Dayton, Ohio, Bachelors of Theology from Trinity College of the Bible in Newburgh, Indiana, a Masters of Pastoral Theology from Andersonville Baptist Seminary in Camilla, Georgia, and a Doctorate in Ministry from Southwest Bible College and Seminary in Jennings, Louisiana.
Dr. Paschal served six years in the United States army, where he received numerous awards and citations and two honorable discharges.
Dr. Paschal is the former pastor of the Zion Baptist Church in Troy, Ohio. Under his spiritual leadership, the Lord has added many souls to the Kingdom of Heaven and to Zion. Office equipment was updated, alarm system installed, new carpeting for the sanctuary, new roof added, implemented the P. I. Perkins scholarship fund, evangelical emphasis was taken to a new level, senior saints ministry was implemented, founder of the city wide annual Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., celebration, and much more. Dr. Paschal is in his second year as pastor of The Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Canton, Ohio. During his first year of ministry, many goals and ministries have been put in place. Both membership and finances have increased.
Dr. Paschal is the current Dean of the Congress of Christian Education for the Northwestern Missionary Baptist Association of Ohio and the Ohio Baptist General Convention. Dr. Paschal is also an instructor for the Northwestern Missionary Baptist Association of Ohio. Dr. Paschal is widely sought to teach, lecture, and preach the Good News of God.
Dr. Paschal is affiliated with the National Baptist Convention USA, Inc., the National Baptist Congress of Christian Education, the Dayton Baptist pastors and ministers union, the O.B.G.C., The SCLC, former board member of Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Troy, and the Northwestern Missionary Association of Ohio.
Dr. Paschal is married to the former Verna M. Williams. They are the proud parents of twins, Breland Jermaine and Breauna Lee Paschal.

Our church ministry is soul winning “He that winneth souls is wise” – If it were not for soul winners, the other four ministries (Eph. 4:11-16) couldn’t do their job. It takes a complete working of the body, controlled by the head, to bring sons to glory. One plows the ground, another plants the seed, another digs around it and water it, while yet another cuts the weeds down and digs out their roots – but only God can do the increasing of it. I thank God for his beautiful plan of salvation. ‘O that man would praise the LORD for his wonderful works to the children of man”. The church started two years ago with my family and Pastor denis’s family but today has about 40 members.
We are in need of Christian items. I am appealing to you to kindly send my wife-giant print bible King James Version and a super giant print would be preferable due to her sight. She has much pain in reading small letter words. My mother also needs a super giant print bible. There are 12 aged mothers who are widows also in need of super giant print bibles. They are aged couples in our church very faithful. My request is for 15 super giant print bibles. Bibles are needed in English language . The safest means of sending bibles to SENEGAL is via DHL insured air mail. I was that curriers would ask for charges to collect bibles but post office is free. Please help for this need and God will richly bless you.
