The Perfecting Of The Saint World Wide Coalition Ministry and The Prophetic Connection

Started Apr 8, 2013 0 Replies

The Perfecting Of The Saints11 And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers. 12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ:14 That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;15 But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ:16 From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love. The church has been tossed to and fro for far to long. We are living in a day where we as believers have transgressed instead of progressed in God. With all ourtheology, psychology and sociology we have tried to fit faith in the wisdom and knowledge of this world. For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom know not God. For the Jews require a sign, and the Greek seeketh after wisdom. We must understand that divine wisdom must be acquried threw the suffering for righteousness sake and prayer to the father threw Jesus, but in a society that has shied away from prayer and has chosen not to endure hardness a good soldier of Christ Jesus we have subcommed to worldly wisdom practice of spreading the Gospel. We have left the preaching of Christ being crucified all together unless its on Easter Sundays and for what we call revelation threw the wisdom, knowledge and understanding of the world which is sensual and devilish. There is but one kind of knowledge concerning either the Bible or God which is valuable, and that is the truth revealed to our…Continue

Carnal Patience Vs Spiritual Patience

Started Mar 28, 2013 0 Replies

Rom 8:6-8 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God. KJV. I was told today that there was only one kind of patience, and in the sense of the word that is true. But when I view it with a spiritual overtone it becomes two sides of the same coin. For in a carnal mind set patience could be viewed with a stopping point , but with a transformed spiritual mindset the view of patience becomes more broader in context. Patient: Bearing or enduring pain, difficulty, provocation, or annoyance with calmness. Marked by or exhibiting calm endurance of pain, difficulty, provocation, or annoyance.Tolerant; understanding: Now with a spiritual mindset the view of patience never stops its a ongoing process of long suffering. I was even told long suffering and patience was not the same, well lets look at the word long suffering.Long suffering: Patiently enduring wrongs or difficulties. We see that long suffering is just a synonym to patient. They are two words that mean the same thing. But as in patience the carnal mind can pl;ace a time limit on long suffering and say i have suffered long enough. When the Spirit will say no suffer longer cause this is love and the Kingdom of God. This is a revelation of the Spirit being willing but the flesh is weak. If Jesus was carnal minded like some of us he would have bore half of our sin or none of it at all. But the Spirit of God which was housed in fleshed held the pre-eminence and authority and say nay I will go all the way. Be not wise in thy own eye and if God has made the wise remember a wise man will listen to the end of a matter before they speak.By Prophet Chris SiasContinue

Carnal Christianity

Started Mar 14, 2013 0 Replies

Today we are experiencing a crisis of carnality in Christianity. Carnality is that spiritual state where a born-again Christian knowingly and persistently lives to please and serve self rather than to please and serve Christ. I believe much of what is wrong in our lives is attributable to our carnality. I'm not saying every time Christians have a problem it is because they are living in a carnal way, but I am suggesting that too many of us are experiencing failure because we are carnal, only halfway living out the Gospel. A Genuine Christian First, it is important to recognize that a carnal Christian is a genuine Christian. It is entirely possible to be on your way to heaven but to be no good to God on earth. Carnal Christians have accepted Jesus Christ as Savior, but they refuse to submit to Christ as their Lord. When I speak of carnality, I'm not talking about non-Christians. Also, we sometimes see people who say they have been born again but are not living the Christian life. We may be tempted to say that person was never a Christian to begin with. But it's entirely possible that person is a Christian who has become lukewarm and failed in their faith. Paul says: "I, brethren, could not speak to you as to spiritual men, but as to men of flesh, as to infants in Christ" (1 Corinthians 3:1). Notice that Paul addresses the Corinthians as "brethren," which means they are part of the family of God. If we look back at 1 Corinthians 1:2, Paul says he is writing "to the church of God which is at Corinth, to those who have been sanctified in Christ Jesus." These are saints and members of the church; they are set apart for God's purposes. Yet Paul proceeds to teach these Christians about their wrongs and to tell them they are, carnal. There are many biblical illustrations of individuals who committed themselves to God, yet experienced abysmal failures. For example, King Solomon was a wise and committed king. But 1 Kings 11 says Solomon loved many women. He entered into a…Continue

"What is agape love?"

Started Mar 14, 2013 0 Replies

The Greek wordagapeis often translated "love" in the New Testament. How is "agape love" different from other types of love? The essence of agape love is self-sacrifice. Unlike our English word “love,” agape is not used in the Bible to refer to romantic or sexual love. Nor does it refer to close friendship or brotherly love, for which the Greek wordphiliais used. Nor doesagapemean “charity,” a term which the King James translators carried over from the Latin. Agape love is unique and is distinguished by its nature and character. Agape is love which is of and from God, whose very nature is love itself. The apostle John affirms this in1 John 4:8: “God is love.” God does not merely love; He is love itself. Everything God does flows from His love. But it is important to remember that God’s love is not a sappy, sentimental love such as we often hear portrayed. God loves because that is His nature and the expression of His being. He loves the unlovable and the unlovely (us!), not because we deserve to be loved, but because it is His nature to love us, and He must be true to His nature and character. God’s love is displayed most clearly at the cross, where Christ died for the unworthy creatures who were “dead in trespasses and sins” (Ephesians 2:1), not because we did anything to deserve it, “but God commends His love toward us in that while we were yet sinners Christ died for us” (Romans 5:8). The object of God’s agape love never does anything to merit His love. We are the undeserving recipients upon whom He lavishes that love. His love was demonstrated when He sent His Son into the world to “seek and save that which was lost” (Luke 19:10) and to provide eternal life to those He sought and saved. He paid the ultimate sacrifice for those He loves. In the same way, we are to love others sacrificially. Jesus gave the parable of the Good Samaritan as an example of sacrifice for the sake of others, even for those who may care nothing at all for us, or even hate us, as the Jews…Continue

God has commanded us to preach all of His Word and to "reprove, rebuke, exhort" (2 Timothy 4:2).  This is the preacher's divine standard.  God has commanded us not only to believe sound doctrine, but also to earnestly contend for it (Jude 3).  That means we are to fight agrressively against that which is false.  This is exactly what we see in the uncompromising ministry of the Lord's Apostles.  Their epistles contain strong and clear warnings about false teaching.  Paul often named the names of the false teachers.  Such a ministry naturally causes divisions between those who are committed to the truth and those who are following error.  Paul made no effort whatsoever to avoid doctrinal controversy.  The Holy Spirit warned that "evil men and seducers shalll wax worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived" (2 Timothy 3:13).
