Prophet Monteiro is a profound speaker who was nurtured and mentored in ministry by his father, the late ArchBishop Wilbert S.Mckinley of Elim International Fellowship, Brooklyn NY.

Prophet has been raised in Long Island NYand has a tremendous testimony of being saved from the streets of NY and a life of overwhelming defeat. God saved him at the age 19 and reared him in the Churches of God In Christ since his teenage years, He served and was ordained an Elder under the leadership of General Board Member Bishop Frank O.White of Freeport, NY...He has also studied extensively at O.M. Kelly Religious Institute, Bethel Bible College, and The International Fellowship of Reformed Theological Studies, he is a student of the Word and a lover of Praise !!!
Prophet Monteiro is also the proud father of 3 sons, who also serve the Lord Jesus Christ !!!
