Devlin Jr. serves as Senior Leader and Chief Executive Officer of the Apostolic Addict Ministries International (AAPMI) and Kingdom Voice Community Ministries International of in Ocala, Florida. AAPMI is a ministry providing its congregants and community with operational programs, services, and courses of instruction for the development of the total person. In his executive capacities, Joseph oversees more than 37 Cell Churches and Ministries including upcoming fivefold Training center. Through successful 17-year tenure, he developed and implemented strategic business plans, allowing the ministry to meet the needs of the community, empower individuals, and change lives. He began his pastorate experience in 2001, with twelve members and led the ministry to a current membership of more than 20 Furthermore; Joseph has excelled in creating both the structure and team necessary to guide the ministry through the turbulence and uncertainty of this dramatic growth.

Joseph started AAPMI and KVCMI with a 6-year executive level background as a systems analyst and Customer Service Representative and being spiritually trained in a strict Pentecostal Holiness Background this has served as a Great spiritual foundation through great mentors who instilled and deposited a love for the word of God and compassion for seeing lives changed by the power of the word of God. This laid a foundation for gaining valuable experience in the highly competitive business industry. This experience, and most importantly, the leading and direction of the Holy Spirit, allowed him to nurture and shape a ministry where spiritual and natural growth and development flourish. As the ministry grew in size, services, revenue, and maturity, Joseph recruited and hired capable men and women needed to sustain the level of quality service for successful ministry and outreach to the world. He serves as senior pastor for a large staff of elders, ministers, and associate pastors, with several entering the Pastorate and establishing ministries to further extend his God-given vision.

Under his leadership, this ministry continues to offer essential services to the community, free of charge. These services through partnership with these organizations include: The Matthew 28 group, providing prison and homeless outreach; a Food outreach with other churches, serving the community on a daily basis; a assistance in G.E.D. Program; and The Kingdom Discipleship Leadership Center empowering the community through education. Additionally, the ministry gives back to the community a by providing back-to-school supplies to more to children; Thanksgiving and Christmas baskets to those in need; and giving toys for Christmas to over 400 children in the community, local shelters, and children of those who are incarcerated.

Joseph’s community commitment affiliates him with several community organizations, including the Equality Florida and the Boys and Girls Club of Marion County He is also the Chair of the Board of Directors for AAPMI and the Kingdom Disciples Leadership Center. Joseph is Profound Educator and much sought after conference speaker. He broadcasts locally and internationally, reaching millions via The Kingdom Discipleship Moments program – via Paltalk including weekly broadcasts in Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados, Antigua, and Grenada.

In addition to his dedication to AAPMI and KVCMI, Joseph’s commitment to education and The Ministry of Healing and Deliverance and Restoration is evident. He received his Associate Degree in Psychology from University of Phoenix, completed graduate studies with The Saint Luke Theological School and Seminary and received Master of Biblical studies from Apostolic Faith Bible college in 2006, a honorary Doctor of Ministry Degree in 2008, and a Honorary Doctor of Philosophy in Ministry in 2009.

Joseph is an ordained Minister and Appointed Apostle serving faithfully in ministry. He is a Pastor of pastors and CEO who empowers others to succeed. He serves the Lord with sincerity and love, is known as a well-organized spiritual leader, and stresses decency and order in every area of life and ministry. Joseph is faithfully submitted to the Apostolic Covering of his spiritual father and mentor Bishop Shawn Patrick Williams of Warrior Nations Fellowship Inc.

"We cannot sit by and do nothing while worldly, revisionist, and skeptical attitudes about truth are infiltrating the church! We must not embrace such confusion in the name of charity, collegiality, or unity. We have to stand and fight for the truth - and be prepared to die for it - as faithful Christians always have! Truth is always under assault. And it is actually a sin not to fight when vital truths are under attack!
"The Apostle Jude was compelled by the Holy Spirit to exhort us with all passion "to contend earnestly for the faith which was once and for all delivered to the saints" (Jude 3). Jude was not writing this because he took some kind of perverse glee in being militant! He was not responding to some sort of momentary, personal anger. This was critical, and since the writers of Scripture never wrote by human self-will, but only as they were moved by the Spirit of God (2 Peter 1:21), the extreme urgency of Jude reflects the sovereign influence of the Holy Spirit, and therefore also the mind of Christ.
"We thus have an urgent mandate from God Himself to do our part in the Truth War. The Holy Spirit, through the pen of Jude, is urging Christians to exercise caution, discernment, courage, and the will to contend earnestly for the truth.
Notice what we are supposed to be fighting for. It is not anything petty, personal, mundane, or ego related. This warfare has a very narrow objective. What we are called to defend is no less than 'the faith which was once for all delivered to the saints.'"

Taking God's Word seriously is the obligation of every Christian who should submit his/her preferences to it. But, sadly, this is not happening enough in the Christain church today. We must all be mindful of the warning of 2 Timothy 4:3: "For the time will come will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but wanting to have their ears tickled, they will accumulate for themselves teachers in accordance to their own desires."

What we need in Christianity are more people who will stand for the truth of God's Word instead of trying to water it down in order to meet the needs and preferences of the politically correct or the unregenerant.
