Grew up in the First Baptist Church of Nutley, New Jersey, under the leadership of the Late Rev. Dr. Lawerence C. Roberts. Rev. Abercrombie is the fonder of Spirit Gospel Productions, and has worked with such names as Dorthy Norwood, Kim Burell, the Late Rev. Timothy Wright, the Christianares, the Canton Spirituals and many others, Also was the director of a subtance abuse ministry while in New Jersey, Named Truth Seekers
