Angel Burn Walk Foundation.

Rev. Linda Hall was born October 11, 1954 in Gadsden, Alabama to the late Charlie Smith and Linnie Dore Marable-Smedley. I graduated from Gadsden High School class of 1973. In 1974 I married the late Eddie Lee Evans and we were blessed with two children Eric Evan and Eris Evans. Eric preceded me in death on April 18, 2005. I married Robert Hall in November 03, 2010 and joined a host of six lovely children, 20 grand children, and 30 great grand children. I have three sisters the late Brenda McCould, Mary Penn, and Sharon Johnson and two brothers Eugene Smedley and Otis Smedley Jr.
I grow up in Sweet Home United Methodist church and later joined The House of Prayer where the Bishop Edward Bryant ordained me an Evangelist in 1989. I was the first black African American to join United Methodist Church in Gadsden, Alabama.
I was eight years when I was burnt, it was the most painful and scariest moment in my life as a child. I was standing on a chair heating some water on the gas stove. While heating the water I begin the splash water on the fire and the flames caught my clothes. I suffered third degree burns on my stomach, left leg, and the left side of my back. My pastor the late Rev. Fields rushed me to the doctors and helped my mother take care of me. My mother couldn’t afford skin drafts so my recovery was a very slow process.
In 2010 the Lord gave me a vision to start the Angel Burn Walk Foundation. The foundation is a non profit organization to support, encourages, and educated those who are survivors and those who have lost love ones. The Angel Burn Walk gives people an opportunity to stand together and show support of burnt victims. It also gives the world a chance to understand the importance of the causes. My goal is to raise money to open burnt centers for children and adults all over the world, to partner with the Georgia Firefighter Burnt Foundation, and to start a burnt choir.
I would like for people all over the world to walk with us. Let’s unite and support each other.
