Rev. Troy Denson received the Lord's salvation and accepted his call to preach in the year of 1996; and he preached his trial sermon and received his Ministerial License at Greater TreeMount Temple Baptist Church, in San Antonio, Texas. In the year of 2006, Rev. Troy Denson was ordained at Golden Gate Missionary Baptist Church in San Antonio, Texas, under the pastoral leadership of Rev. Ricky D. Shaw. Also, during that year Rev. Denson answered God's call to "Go!" and depart unto bible college and begin a mission work. Rev. Denson obediently planted a second/ eastern ministry of Golden Gate Missionary Baptist Church called "Oracles of Christ Ministries" (2004-2007). After Rev. Denson completed his work, he and the congregational assemblage ordained Rev. Walton to assume and continue this work. Later, as a Clergy Executive Consultant at Full Gospel Baptist Church, in Cooksville, Md, Rev. Denson was called upon by the pastor, Rev. Charles Davis, to train and catechize faithful ministers for the church's ordination. And as a Clergy Executive Consultant through Full Gospel Baptist Church, Rev. Denson participated in Baptist Association Conferences, served at Preaching Engagements, as well as taught in Colleges and Institutes. In reflection, Rev. Troy Denson serves the preaching and teaching ministry and ordained disciples of Christ because he sincerely believes that ..."Only what you do for Christ will last".
In 2011, Rev. Denson was called upon to pastor at New Zion Church in Cordova, Maryland. Under Rev. Denson's leadership, the church increased in attendance, ministries, community outreach, and financial standing. Rev. Troy Denson successfully serves within other vineyards of Christ's ministry, because he sincerely believes the scripture at Ephesians 4:4-6 says, "There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; One Lord, one faith, one baptism, One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all."
Rev. Troy Denson currently serves as the 1st Vice Director of the Religious Affairs Commission of the NAACP for the State of Maryland; he also serves at-large as a member of P.R.I.S.C.M. Rev. Troy Denson serves faithfully and tirelessly within these great ministries because he deeply believes that... "Only what you do for Christ will last".

Denson also contributes his research to academic and religious journals, and contributes his notable sermons to Sermon Central. Rev. Denson distributes the gospel of Christ both, verbally and in writing because he believes that ..."Only what you do for Christ will last".
Last but not least, Rev. Denson views the greatest ministry that he has ever been called to serve has been that of being a faithful husband unto his wife (Rev. Theresa Denson) and being a loving father for his son (Storee Denson). He is grateful unto the Lord for gracing him with these blessed opportunities. Rev. Troy Denson's favorite scripture comes from St. John 15:7, which says, "If you abide in me, and my word abides in you, you can ask what you will and it will be done unto you".
