She received an Associate Degree in Business from Allstate Business College, a MBA Certificate I & II, and Master Certificate in Business Management from Tulane University/A. B. Freeman School of Business, in New Orleans, Louisiana. She is currently attending School of the Scripture in DeSoto, TX, working on her Bachelors in Christian Education.

Sherri has served in many different capacities within the local church such as: Coordinator of Youth Ministries, Singles’ Ministries and the Media Ministry.

Sherri started Your Worst Enemy is U Ministry as a way to help people to be their best regardless of the choices they have made in the past. Her passion is working with people of all ages, youth and singles’ to work through their past hurts. Her motto is: if you change you attitude, you can change your life and the life of others.

Sherri has a passion for hurting people, singles', youth, kids and the elderly. Love to travel. Will release her first book: Your Worst Enemy Is U, in February 2010.

It is evident that Sherri Young is an extraordinary trailblazer while using her many talents and gifts to fulfill God’s purpose for her life. She tries to live her life by Romans 12:2 “Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but be a new and different person with a fresh newness in all you do and think. Then you will learn from your own experience how His ways will really satisfy you. She dares to be different.
