Yes the church is lagging behind and it should sense the move of God and his spirit in order not to be left behind in the things of God. Think about what Paul said i 1 corinth 3:1-2 ''envying, and strife, and divisions, are ye not carnal," Thre is a lot strife in the church,envy divisions etc. That is what caused the children of Israel to wonder in the wildness for 40yrs a journey that would have taken 11 days to the promised land.Brother, God's grace and favour be on you as mentor and produce sons for Christ's kingdom.
