Personal - Thurman B. Graves, Sr. gave his life to Christ forty-six years ago. He has walked in the evangelistic ministry for twenty-five years and seventeen years he spent Pastoring a local church. He is supported in the ministry by his wife of twenty-seven years, Wilma Graves. Wilma, a graduate of Maximized Life Bible Training Institute, is a strong supporter of the ministry as a teacher of the Word, intercessor and administrator. They are the proud parents of two children, Tamela and Thurman, Jr.
Called to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ – Winning souls for the kingdom of God and perfecting the body of Christ.
Deliverance/Healing – He is used by God in spiritual travailing on behalf of individuals and local assemblies.
Prophetic Anointing – Used in the gift of prophecy by leading of the Spirit of God to speak into the lives of individuals and local assemblies a specific word from the God. He believes that the prophetic gift is evident through the preached Word of God and each person can hear a special word from God throughout the teaching.
Pastoral – Pastor, New Progressive Ministries in Channelview, TX. As an experience Pastor, it allowed him to understand the heart of a Pastor, and to have a deep concern for the welfare of the sheep. He believes in walking in integrity by leadership, and the spiritual development of the assembly. He is very sensitive to edifying the body so that the five-fold ministry fulfills its true purpose in the kingdom of God.
