To All Leaders

Sooner or later , however , all must stand before the owner ( God ) and give an account for all the sheep , including the lost . As Christ spoke that day , everyone understood that fact . Do we understand that fact today ? We are not only responsibility for the crowd down at the church , we have a responsibility for the lost outside of the church . Of course , there are dangers and risks to go out in this world after the lost . There is the strategy of Satan through materialism , legal …

Glass of Milk

GLASS OF MILK

One day, a poor boy who was selling goods from door to door to pay his way through school, found he had only one thin dime left, and he was hungry.

He decided he would ask for a meal at the next house. However, he lost his nerve when a lovely young woman opened the door.

Instead of a meal he asked for a drink of water! . She thought he looked hungry so brought him a large glass of milk. He drank it so slowly, and then asked, How much do I…

The Last Cord Of Evangelism

The last  cord of evangelism today is Now . If we do not do something now , this generation's evangelism will be like the man on the road from Jerusalem to Jericho ( Luke 10:30 ) . It will fall among robbers and be stripped of its New Testament urgency . Gone will be the heartbreak , tear shedding , the do-or-die soul-winning that God told us to do when He said , ''They that sow in tears shall reap in joy . He that goeth forth and weepeth , bearing precious seed , shall doubtless come again…

The Lamb of God

The Lamb of God

In Old Testament times, the priest would bring bulls, goats or a spotless lamb without any blemishes to be sacrificed as a sin offering for himself and for the people. The blood would purify and make atonement (forgive, make amends) for their sins. This was the old order of atonement. When Jesus came, He was a representation of the sacrificial lamb to take away the sins of the world. He was the final…

A Special Easter Message

As you celebrate the saviour who died and rose again for you, consider this:- you are the apple of His eye, the object of His love, made in His image and made as righteous as He is. He was the perfect sacrifice to pay for your sin, separated from His Father on your behalf, entered into hell and took captivity captive and released for you the full throne rights of heaven into your safe keeping.

At Easter we celebrate…

The Overseer

Jesus Christ is the church's Overseer. '' For you were like sheep going astray, but have now returned to the Shepherd and Overseer of your souls '' ( 1 Pet, 2;25) , Jesus the Overseer watches over and directs His churches, He sees all of His churches and observes all that is going on in the lives of His people. He places the responsibilities of being overseers on church leaders, who are to fllow His example .

Lord Of Lords

Jesus Christ is Lord of lords ( Rev. 19:16 ) . Christ is Lord and owner of all things . He is the church's absolute sovereign . The church belongs to Him . Ultimate authority for all church functions and leadership resides in Him . Christ's lordship places all church leaders in the role of stewards . Until church leaders recognize Him as their sovereign Lord , they will never experience His lordship in their leadership of the church . God bless you all.

Jesus Knew

Jesus knew He had to go into the wilderness for 40 days.

He knew He would be hungry and dared and tempted and tried.

He knew He would have a need to be baptized of John.

He knew the people would run out of wine at the wedding feast and His mother would expect Him to do something about it.

He knew how many times, in spite of what they had seen; His disciples would doubt Who He said He was.

He knew He would meet a woman at the well who not only had five men,…

All Who Sleep Will Arise Again !

All who sleep will arise again !

1 Corinthians 15:17-22

"And if Christ has not been raised, your faith is futile; you are still in your sins. Then those also who have fallen asleep in Christ are lost. If only for this life we have hope in Christ, we are to be pitied more than all men. But Christ has indeed been raised from the dead, the first fruits of those who have fallen asleep. For since death came through a man, the resurrection of the dead comes also through a man. For…

Who Cears For Unsaved Souls ?

There are many situations in which care is needed in this world . The children of China and the hungry of Africa truly need care . Our water and air need care and concern . Some will cry out , ''We need to care for the spotted owl and the sea turtle , too ! ''  Who do you know who truly cares for the souls of men and women ? God the Father cares for souls .  He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believed in Him would not perish , but would have life everlasting . God did that because…

You know God just smiles kindly and ended . ''It really doesn't matter which Religion you follow. As long as you are sincere and faithful, you'll end up happy with God at the end . Momentary Pleasures

I was at the hair salon, sitting under the dryer when a lady came in with three little ones, under the age of 2.  (I believe she might have been babysitting).  She’s getting one of the babies’ a haircut, while the other two, a boy and a girl are just walking around.
The little boy sees a plant. And I could see in his eyes him debating on whether or not he is going to touch it.  It’s colorful, has texture; looks pretty interesting to him.  He goes over to it and just…

The Group That God Expects To Win The World

The interesting collection of folk who meet at your church house and have accepted Christ as their Savior . They are saved , and they are the Church , and they are local . They are the group that God expects to win the world ! God has chosen , therefore , to work through them to proclaim Jesus the hope of glory . Look at the people in church next Sunday and during the week submerged in their work-a-day world . They may look unlikely , but all of them are awesome spirit beings , fully able in…
