Jesus reminded His first leaders that He had chosen them to carry on His work . Fruitfulness in leadership is not the result of training , location , or resources . It is the result of abiding in Christ . Jesus taught His disciples to love one another . He said to them , ''This is My commandment , that you love one another as I have loved you'' ( John 15 :12 ) . Believers , leaders especially , are to be known by their love for one another . Perhaps the saddest commentary on leaders is when competition , not love , controls and shapes their relationships . Jesus gave two views of the shepherd in ( John 10:11-18 ) .Jesus compared Himself as the " good shepherd' to the ''hireling'' who flees because of danger . The hireling leaves the sheep to be caught by the enemy . The hireling is there only for the pay , compliments , and convenience and will not run a risk for the sheep . The last  cord of evangelism today is Now . If we do not do something now , this generation's evangelism will be like the man on the road from Jerusalem to Jericho ( Luke 10:30 ) . It will fall among robbers and be stripped of its New Testament urgency . Gone will be the heartbreak , tear shedding , the do-or-die soul-winning that God told us to do when He said , ''They that sow in tears shall reap in joy . He that goeth forth and weepeth , bearing precious seed , shall doubtless come again…

Jesus Christ is the church's Overseer. '' For you were like sheep going astray, but have now returned to the Shepherd and Overseer of your souls '' ( 1 Pet, 2;25) , Jesus the Overseer watches over and directs His churches, He sees all of His churches and observes all that is going on in the lives of His people. He places the responsibilities of being overseers on church leaders, who are to fllow His example .

Jesus Christ is Lord of lords ( Rev. 19:16 ) . Christ is Lord and owner of all things . He is the church's absolute sovereign . The church belongs to Him . Ultimate authority for all church functions and leadership resides in Him . Christ's lordship places all church leaders in the role of stewards . Until church leaders recognize Him as their sovereign Lord , they will never experience His lordship in their leadership of the church . God bless you all. 

There are many situations in which care is needed in this world . The children of China and the hungry of Africa truly need care . Our water and air need care and concern . Some will cry out , ''We need to care for the spotted owl and the sea turtle , too ! ''  Who do you know who truly cares for the souls of men and women ? All religions and persuasions are like a wheel going to the same place but just from different directions. God is the Hub , and all religions will eventually get you to Him . The interesting collection of folk who meet at your church house and have accepted Christ as their Savior . They are saved , and they are the Church , and they are local . They are the group that God expects to win the world ! God has chosen , therefore , to work through them to proclaim Jesus the hope of glory . God will so use unlikely and ordinary persons if they are willing . Consider how God reached Naaman through '' a little maid '' ( 2 Kings 5:2 ) . God used Ananias to lead Paul (Acts 9:10-18 ) . The Bible is full of how God used faithful, willing, ordinary folk. Today, God still is using people like you and me to touch and change lives through His grace if we'll allow Him in our lives . Leaders are those who are willing to take the risk to help get others to where all need to be. Leaders come from everywhere and out of every background. Leaders are those who know in their heart that a certain thing needs to be accomplished, and they come to a point where they cannot wait any longer, They know in their hearts that something must be done ! At that point, they take a deep breath and say, '' I will try with all my heart to do it !'' There always are risks involved, including…

You have the opportunity of faith, which has the ability to bring everything together in a comprehensive evangelism strategy through Sunday School. God has proved over and over that when He is working His will, He can take what looks like a hopeless, empty situation and turn it into a miracle to bless multitudes and glorify Himself. All God wants for is willing peoples.

When you hear and think of all the other churches that use FAITH, you will know that it is the precious body of Christ in those churches actually touching individual lives and meeting individual. '' The participants are busy, imperfect laypeople from all walks of life who have their own struggles. Even so they and their Churches have put first things first and have been gloriously blessed in the process .

The way of God's intercession through us follows the path of exposure, burden, prayer, participation, and coast. First, we get exposed. '' Lift up your eyes '' ( John 4:35 ) . Then, we become burdened with '' great heaviness and continual sorrow'' ( Rom 9:2 ). Next, we'll pray and talk with the Lord, and He'll talk to us about our need to do something. After that, we'll become participants in His work of intercession. And, of course, there always will be time of sacrifice or inconvenience,…

Each of us should be soul-winning discplers because the world around us needs Jesus working in, and through, us. The world of Christians needs someone to help them grow. They are a part of our world and part of our responsibility. We should feel obligated to help those newer Christians around us. You can become a soul-winning disciple not only because there is a world around you that's in need, but because there is a will. God Bless you all and have a good night Amen.

The Lord Jesus came into this world with the will to give His life for it . Jesus had exactly the same will and compassion every day of His life and work as He did the day He hung on the cross . We are told in Luke ( 19:41 ). '' He beheld the city, and wept over it . '' When our mind is allowed to crowd out the lost , our compassionate will to see them won will melt .
