You know, lately God has been pressing on my heart with the issue of time--more directly, being on time. Here's my stance: When you say you're gonna something, do it; but do it on time. My spirit gets truly grieved when things don't start on time, especially when I'm involved in it. God is a God of order. Scripture says that He does things, "in decent and in order."
