Reaction to Church of Oprah Exposed

For those of you who are unaware, a VERY EFFECTIVE book trailer (I did not produce this one) was done regarding exposing the untruths of Oprah's beliefs. It's below:


Although many Christians feel as though they will continue to watch her show and just take the "good parts from it", for me, I am led to do differently. Watch this video. Oprah completely misquotes Scripture about God being jealous of her. God isn't jealous of her. He's like any husband would be. How would your husband react if you ran around on him? I know if my husband ran around on me I would be hot mad, not just jealous, to!

So here is the response that have changed the minds of many Christians:


Today's Scripture, as I am posting one every week, touches on this and comes from 2nd Peter 2 and verse 18:

For when they speak great swelling words of vanity, they allure through the lusts of the flesh, through much wantonness, those that were clean escaped from them who live in error. KJV

You cannot be in the world watching and seeing what they do and it not affect you. Don't let the images of the world get inside of you. You are to let the images of God affect you and share them in your world of influence. You are to be the light and salt where you are at.

Choose well this day whom you will allow to influence you.

So my response is, I'm not going to watch for awhile until I am released to do so. I am committed, however, to pray for her and Tom Cruise daily (Tom Cruise was added per request).

With their influence, when they do finally come to the Truth, could you imagine how they will now take their influence and talk about Jesus? This should excite you to pray! Think of the possibilities! Think of the revival! I'm excited and can see it already. Can you?

And more importantly, don't they deserve to be prayed for because God loves them also so desperately?

The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations... 2nd Peter 2:9A

PRAYER

Father,
We come to you in Jesus name lifting up Oprah and Tom Cruise. We know that the god of this world has blinded their eyes so that they cannot see the truth. For who would turn their back to You if they can see Who You really are? No one! For You are loving and kind and generous. Your mercy renews every morning for the just and unjust. And even now, today, your mercy has renewed for Oprah and Tom. For your mercy has given them breath today. One day closer to their salvation!

Jesus did not come into the world to condemn the world but through Him we might be saved. As You, Father, have given us authority in Jesus, we gladly take our place seated at Your right hand. We do this with humility, knowing it has been given to us at such a high price.

Therefore, we touch and agree that this day Oprah's and Tom's lives are changed. We prophecy that they are saved, sanctified, and filled with the Holy Spirit and speak this over them. We loose the angels of the Most High God to usher them into their day of salvation. We loose the ministry of salvation into their lives knowing Father You will use whatever You see fit. You are so creative and You know them. We loose Your Word of Salvation and bind it to them. Thank You for bringing the Word to them each and every day in a way they can understand and receive!

We bind every demonic force, hindrance, and influence working in their lives that is keeping them from the Light of the Truth. This day you are powerless and we enforce the victory won in Jesus! Glory to God! Satan, you are defeated!

We are redeemed of the Lord! Whatever we say is so. We cannot be denied.

Father, we thank You that they are saved, sanctified, filled with the Holy Spirit. We decree an order of protection around them and their family as they come to You and live your life for you. The enemy has lost them to You and we rejoice!

We decree no backlash or retaliation will come against us for believing in Your Word. For Your Will is for no one to perish, but that everyone come into the knowledge of Jesus.

Father, we repent for allowing the influences of the world to come into the garden of our heart without stopping it. We thank You that Your mercy has been revealed and that You have delivered us from the temptation to conform to this world. We choose this day whom we will allow to influence us, and we choose You.

Thank You, Father, for Your design.
Thank You, Jesus, for Your obedience. We are free from the curse of the law!
Thank You, Holy Spirit, for convicting our siblings to be and ushering them in.

So be it!
