Eight Compelling Reasons Why Christ Could Return Soon

In Mathew 24, a common mistake is made. Countless times preachers and bible scholars confuse "the rapture" and "the second coming" as being the same event.

The Rapture will be a secret event where Jesus will meet with only his people in the air, and remove them from the earth before the seven year tribulation begins. ( Thess. 4:17, Rev. 3:10)

" Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth." Rev. 3:10, KJV

God never allows His people to experience judgment along with the those being judged. As with Sodom and Gomorrah, he payed a special visit to evacuate Lot and his family through three angels before the homosexuals were stoned to death. Gen. 13:10

The Second Coming however, is at the Battle of Armageddon when the Lord will return WITH his army, (his bride the church) those who were raptured and killed during the tribulation. Rev. 19:1-11, KJV

The Second Coming, The Day of The Lord, etc. is the second time the world will see Him, if you notice this time he's not coming " like a thief in the night", this time "every eye shall see Him" :

"Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen." Rev. 1:7, KJV
