First Lesbian Prime Minister elected in Iceland

I believe that this is a very sad time for the world. I view homosexuality as sinful and shameful even as I view adultery and fornication and any other sexual perversion, such as rapist and pedophiles. Certainly the times of Lot are upon us. For even then the people "of Sodom were wicked and sinners before the LORD exceedingly." (Genesis 13:13)
What was the sin of Sodom that caused God to bring sudden and severe judgement? Ezekiel 16:49-50 reveals, "Behold, this was the iniquity of thy sister Sodom, pride, fulness of bread, and abundance of idleness was in her and in her daughters, neither did she strengthen the hand of the poor and needy. And they were haughty, and committed abomination before me: therefore I took them away as I saw good." The people were full of pride because of their great wealth. They were selfish and did not reach out to help the poor and needy. They were so taken by their abundance that they forgot God and cared not to keep his commandments. Not only did they willfully sin, but were flagrant in it, shameless. They were so focused on fulfilling their every desire that they had no regard for others, even to the point of seeking to satisfy their sexual appetites with others by force. No, Iceland and neither the world is as Sodom today but we have taken the first steps. When what is viewed by God as wicked is now deemed good, when men and women who commit sin (any sin) no longer have a conscious against the act, but "come out of the closet" and promote their wrongdoing as honorable, then the mind, soul and spirit of mankind has degraded.
