”For I know the plans I have for you,”declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11

How many of you know that God does not change? God wants to give us hope too and he also has the same plans for us.

When I read this passage In the Message Bible Verse 11 reads…. “As soon as Babylon’s seventy years are up and not a day before, I’ll showup and take care of you as I promised and bring you back home. I know what I’m doing. I have it all planned out—plans to take care of you, not abandon you, plans to give you the future you hope for.

God is in control family and what we believe has a direct impact on our response to life’s problems If we trust that God is looking out for us,then we will feel less threatened by hard circumstances.

To trust God is to accept that whatever He does has a purpose, that we cannot change it regardless of what we would have done, and we are to take JOY in His plans, not stress or be saddened over them. We need to remember that we are new creations whose lifestyles are to match our position as God’s children.

How many of us have said,I Can’t Wait until………………(I don’t know what your “until” is….but for me……I found myself saying thru the years…..I Can’t Wait until I get out of debt, I get a better job………….I am grown. So after all the waiting……

I took matters into my own hands……and several things happened – can you guess what? Yep, I messed it up. And after many years of messing up my life………..after many bumps on the head I learned that God wanted me to do something when I found myself in one of those “until then” situations……………

FIRST GET GOD’S PERSPECTIVE ON YOUR SITUATION. I am a witness that the right perspecti$ve will ease your pain.

God sees an even bigger and clearer perspective because He can see all of our past, present, and future all at once and he invites us to get a peek from His perspective.

Second GET PRODUCTIVE – right where you are. A lot of times we will say when I am out of debt or I get some things figured out at home – I will volunteer more at the church or I will serve God when things get better.

Number Three, I had to BE CAREFUL WHO I LISTEN TO – because those with little or no faith can discourage you when all you want is to obey God.

So I had to learn to LISTEN FOR GOD’S VOICE – because he knows your situation and he already hassome plans in the works just for you.

Let’s Focus On His Plan which is to

Walk In Love....

Focus On the Kingdom Agenda – What’s the Kingdom Agenda?
Going Out To Make Disciples – It is God’s desire that all men are saved

God loves us so much and because he loves us he has planned something really good for us. God knows everything that will ever take place upon this earth so Lets just Focus On His Plan – God will show up!!

In Conclusion.I want you to know that ....

God’s plan is for us to live a Blessed Life. There is a song that I love by the Clark Sisters entitled “LIVIN’”....

I can speak to mountains, they will be moved.
I can speak to dreams, they will come true.
I can tell my troubles, to get away.
God gave me the power, to make my day.
I'm no longer walking, on sinking sand.
I'm just steady restin', in my Father's Hand.
I'm blessed when I come, and when i go.
Everyday I'm livin, livin in the overflow.....

I like
Livin this kinda life,
I'm livin a blessed life.

So, if you are here today and have decided that I will FOCUS ON HIS PLAN –shout – Hallejah!!!

Yes he did Sis. Trotter. God works just like that! That's why I call him Awesome, Great, Wonderful - I could go on. You get me! We must remember to focus and know that God knows what's best for us because it is written in his plan.

Thank you!

Me three! I'm in an Abraham kinda situation--believing God for something that looks pretty much like it's not going to happen. Wow, just as I wrote that, Holy Spirit reminded me of Mary and Martha! Those sisters had a “situation” that was dead, but didn't the Good Lord come through...on time!

Thanks, Sis!

You are so welcome Minister Overton. This was a "word" for me as well. Everytime God speaks to me I first apply it to my life and when it work; I must share. Thank you for reading and focus on his plan.
God Bless You!

Hello Sister,

This was (is) a word in season for me. I found myself asking much too often,"when God?" Much of this spoke to me, but one thing that really stood out was about being productive. In one bible translation of a scripture in Ecclesiastes, it says (paraphrase) that if you wait for perfect conditions, you won't get anything done. That's a word! So I have to keep on keeping on until my change comes. I do have to focus on His agenda and put it all in His hands. As I'm busy taking care of His business, I know that He'll take care of mine.
Thank you!
