They are called hirelings, not preachers & teachers of the gospel.

I believe that you are 100% correct, there are some big time preachers who will not preach at another church until there money is in the bank

I totally agree with you 100%. I have yet to read where Jesus told anyone that they had to pay him a certain amount for Him to teach the Word of God. Nor have I read it in the Old Testament either. I have read that the Lord will make provisions for you and that He will supply all your needs. I also have read that your gift will make room for you. When I am invited to another ministry, I request half the offering as my honorarium but I do not set a set fee at all. Then I honor the house with a blessing before I leave. I do not care if the offering is $1 or $1000, I just want to get the Word of the Lord to His children and the lost. Maybe one day the priest will become the priest God called and not what we set up ourselves!
