IF MY PEOPLE

IF MY PEOPLE, WHICH ARE CALLED BY MY NAME, SHALL HUMBLE THEMSELVES, AND PRAY, AND SEEK MY FACE, AND TURN FROM THEIR WICKED WAYS; THEN WILL I HEAR FROM HEAVEN, AND WILL FORGIVE THEIR SIN, AND WILL HEAL THEIR LAND.

In the last two weeks I have heard things from leadership that only God knows where it came from....we ares leaders are not leading the people we are leading our flesh and allowing the people to see what we want them to see ... however we are going to be held accountable....

We are a faithless, shiftless people, who don't seem to care one way or the other and for those of us who think we are fooling someone God sees us...PEEK A BOO....I SEE YOU SAYS THE LORD....

1. We are Judgmental: Matthew 7:1-2 says, Judge not, that ye be not judged. For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.

2. We are Hypocritical we want to be seen however Matthew 6:1-6 says Take heed that ye do not your alms before men, to be seen of them: otherwise ye have no reward of your Father which is in heaven. vs 5: And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.

3. We have no faith: yet Hebrews 11:6 says But without faith it is impossible to please Him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him, and we all know that faith without works is dead

4. We are finding ourselves to be liars and not people of our word: Psalms 101: 7 says He that worketh deceit shall not dwell within my house: he that telleth lies shall not tarry in my sight. However, we are living a lie, telling a lie, sleeping a lie, believing a lie and separating people by lies and even dividing the churches by a lie

5. We love money more than we are caring for the souls of Gods people when 1 Timothy 6:10 says For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs. 1 John 2:15 says Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. Yet we put material possessions, friends, family, clergy, members and other things before God. Luke 12:15 says Then he said to them, Watch out! Be on your guard against all kinds of greed; a man's life does not consist in the abundance of his possessions. Yet we use trickey and everything else to cheat the people of God

6. We are dating in and out of the church: We as Christians need to yield to God's will as part of the decision process: Psalms 37:3-4 says Trust int he Lord and do good; dwell inthe land and enjoy safe pasture. Delight yourself in the Lord and he will give you the desires of your heart....women are looking for the men when the word says He that finds a wife finds a good thing...says nothing about dating...in biblical times obtaining a mate invovled parental arranging for a marriage or wives obtained by purchase or reward....to day our youth are making their own decisions and telling the parents what to do....the husbands are commiting adultry so the young men have no example and the wives are playing wifes and commiting adultry on the side so the young ladies feel like they can play the dozens

We are no longer really living according to the Word of God, we are not living in His perfect will but His permissive will...God help us....when do we as God's children really try to live holy before Him.....when will we really be able to explain salvation to others and we ourselves really live saved....when will we as a people really love one another without fault find and criticizing or kicking each other around, giving one another a pat on the back and telling each other we love each other....but never mean it from the heart...when will we look at our selves and realize that it's ME standing in the need of prayer....

When will we put the souls of God's children first and foremost and not what we can get out of them yet let them be ignorant to God's word and how to live as we prosper and lie and say we are prospering in Him Christ Jesus...

PEOPLE: THEREFORE WE OUGHT TO GIVE THE MORE EARNEST HEED TO THE THINGS WHICH WE HAVE HEARD, LOEST AT ANY TIME WE SHOULD LET THEM SLIP. FOR IF THE WORD SPOKEN BY ANGELS WAS STEDFAST, AND EVERY TRANSGRESSION AND DISOBEDIENCE RECEIVE A JUST RECOMPENSE OF REWARD; HOW SHALL WE ESCAPE, IF WE NEGLECT SO GREAT SALVATION; WHICH AT THE FIRST BEGAN TO BE SPOKEN BY THE LORD, AND WAS CONFIRMED UNTO US BY THEM THAT HEARD HIM; GOD ALSO BEARING THEM WITNESS, BOTH WITH SIGNS AND WONDERS, AND WITH DIVERS MIRACLES, AND GIFTS OF THE HOLY GHOST, ACCORDING TO HIS OWN WILL?

AND REMEMBER!

BUT THE FEARFUL, AND UNBELIEVING, AND THE ABOMINABLE, AND MURDERERS, AND WHOREMONGERS, AND SORCERERS, AND IDOLATERS, AND ALL LIARS, SHALL HAVE THEIR PART IN THE LAKE WHICH BURNETH WITH FIRE AND BRIMSTONE: WHICH IS THE SECOND DEATH.

SO LET'S START OVER TODAY, BE HIS PEOPLE, WHICH ARE CALLED BY HIS NAME, HUMBLE OURSELVES, PRAY AND SEEK HIS FACE AND TURN FROM OUR WICKED WAYS, SO WE CAN HEAR FROM HEAVEN AND HE WILL FORGIVE US OF OUR SINS AND WILL HEAL OUR LAND...
