Liberation Theology: A Context for Ministry

Jesus Ministry: The role of a social prophet who was a voiced to those who were marginalized from their communities. He spoke for those who felt powerless, broken, and oppressed by the power of Roman tyranny.
He created a counter-culture of consciousness of thinking that was grounded in the Life of Spirit of God. He challenged the dominated systems of Power by healing sick on the sabbath,casting out demons, and raising the dead. His movement was one of inclusion which taught that
the Kingdom of God is here and it is pregnant with Power of possibility of deliverance to those who accept his call of transformantion.
