Ezekiel 43:4-5 (KJV)

And the glory of the Lord came into the house by the way of the gate whose prospect is toward the east. So the spirit took me up, and brought me into the inner court, and, behold, the glory of the Lord filled the house.

Summary
In 2010 God is calling his people, the sanctified, anointed, spirit-filled remnant to a deeper relationship with him. God requires more "intimacy." In order to enter into the holy of holies and go higher in the spiritual realm and experience the greatness and power of his glory, we need to go deeper and deeper in the Word of God with consistency in prayer and fasting. We need to be in the presence of the Lord to hear his voice with clarity.

Ezekiel was taken up in the spirit in a vision of the temple of the Lord by way of the east gate. The east gate signifies a place of brilliance. A place of power and radiance as the sun rises in the east. Ezekiel was brought by the Holy Spirit into the inner court. This is where the priests conducted worship services. While Ezekiel was in the spirit, the glory of the Lord filled the temple. God reveals himself in his glory to whom he chooses when he sees a heart that is cleansed and purified. God manifested himself in the glory to Ezekiel because he wanted to communicate with him. When God manifests himself, his glory is so overwhelming that it gets our undivided attention. The scripture says "behold" as if Ezekiel was looking at God with his natural eyes...Amen!
