My personal take on what is being said is, We need to study the historical facts Then mature in the Torah or word of G-d way before we go out and try to teach but more-so that when all is in place it is a Duty/Hebrew= AH Lay Nu~' it is our duty" to teach the way of truth..You shall know the torah and the Torah will set you free' Then we need to resource and teach the unmovable word/Torah of G-d..what do you say?
