Ministry starts at HOME!!! - Your home, not the church home!

Your first & most important ministry is under your own roof. . .whether it is your spouse, your children, your parents, your roommates. . . learn to shut it down (FB, phone, computer, all outside sources) & minister to the needs in your own home. . .if your home ain't right, you won't have the balance you need in your life & your outside ministry won't be as effective as it should be. . .you may think you are alright. . .but our children follow our lead. . .are you being the parent you want your children to grow up to be??? Is your spouse feeling neglected? When was the last time you came out of your room & spent more than 10 minutes with your parents?? When was the last time you & your roomie hung out like you did before you moved in together??? Is your long distance boo really all that that you can't hang up the phone & spend some time with the ones where you are at??? Can't you let another minister be on call for the night??? If not, then don't be surprised when they are all moved out & they give you as much time as you gave them when they lived with you. . .(believe me, I know. . .& you don't want to find out). You can't get back time lost. . .you can't change the past. . .so make the most of every second you have with your loved ones. . .
