POSITION YOURSELF FOR SUPERNATURAL LIFTING
Happy New Year to all my partners and friends; I want to use this opportunity to thank you for your support last year 2009 morally, spiritually and financially. May God remember your past sacrifices and grant you great reward as you step into the New Year. “Happy New Year”.
I want to appreciate God’s faithfulness last year. Many may have felt disappointed about last year because they did not get all they expected to have, but as for me God was faithful in all ramifications and more importantly he enabled us to step into this great year with great prospect. Last year God told us, was a year of Kingdom Dominion; and to confirm that we witnessed dominion all over against every challenge, and saw God blessing our ministry both inside and outside Cameroon.
This year is a greater year. Before we entered into it, the Lord told me it will be a year of supernatural promotion, and we tagged it (NEXT LEVEL). God said He is taking us to the next level in this commission and to his glory, the first Sunday of the year being the 3rd of January; we commissioned our first missionaries into Canada to start our church branch; Glory be to God. This year, all who wait on the Lord should be strong and get ready for exploits in every field of their endeavours. God has decided to lift you as an individual above former limitations. Your ministry, family, business etc… This year knowledge will lift you above struggling. The basic answer to this year’s challenges is the amount of knowledge you will accumulate and how you will apply it into your daily dealings both with God and man. When God wants to lift you, he will expect you to attain a certain level of maturity in every aspect of your attitude, your faith method, your communication method, your reasoning method because new wine is not fit for old wineskin. To that effect, there are relationships that will be irrelevant for your promotion this year; there are explanations that are not important; there are conversations that will not matter; there are associations that can mar God’s plan, so it is time to take great decisions for your promotion.
There are always conditions towards achieving goals in life. There is process to attain to ones vision. In every achievement there is preparation and proper preparation prevents poor performance. My prayer for you this year is that you will be prepared to perform in Jesus name. The passage which God worded to me for the year is located in Genesis 41 verses 14 and 41. Verse fourteen of Genesis chapter forty one says “so Pharaoh sent for Joseph and he was quickly brought from the dungeon. When he had shaved and changed his clothes, he came before Pharaoh (14) “so Pharaoh said to Joseph, I hereby put you in charge of the whole land of Egypt” Gen. (41:41).
Joseph is an express example of a man who was promoted supernaturally. His altitude was below people’s expectations of him. At seventeen, he had dreams that almost cost his life and as a result of that he was sold into slavery. Subsequently he was sent into prison for a matter Potiphar bluntly refused to investigate. After Joseph was sold both his brothers and his father could not imagine he was still alive. This year God will cause a manifestation that will review your destiny beyond people’s expectations. God will resurrect things people thought are dead in your life, your ministry, your marriage, your finance etc. This year God’s desire is for you to walk and operate in the supernatural.
Supernatural power is a force that cannot be explained by the laws of science. It is a force that contradicts and controls the natural. For you to operate above the natural, you need to be firmly connected with the supernatural (God). This can only be effective through faith. Hebrews 11:1 says “Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see”. In this chapter of the scripture, names of Heroes of faith were listed, those who connected themselves to the supernatural and were lifted to next levels of manifestation in their times. Men like Abel, Enoch, Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph, Moses, Israelites, Rehab, Gideon, Barak, Samson, Jephthah, David, Samuel etc. By faith they conquered kingdoms, administered justice, and gained what was promised, shut the mouths of lions, quenched the fury of the flames, and escaped the edge of the sword. Their weakness was turned to strength; they became powerful in battle and rooted out foreign armies. This year your name will be listed with these generals as you position yourself for supernatural lifting in Jesus name!
Among names that were listed, the one his faith better reflects my message is Moses: In Hebrews 11:27 it is written about Moses “By faith he left Egypt not fearing the kings anger; he persevered because he saw him who is invisible”. Here the bible stated that his endurance was as a result of whom his eyes were fixed on. Accomplishing the impossible, is by seeing and connecting to the invisible (God); no one sees God with natural eyes, but with the eyes of faith.
I have come to a conclusion that the problem of people related to faith is not that they don’t posses any amount of faith, little or big. I have discovered that despite not having results people posses faith according to their level of operation and the bible commends both big and small faith. In Matthew 8: 10 Jesus commended the great faith of a Roman Centurion, as well as saying in Matthew 17: 20 that if any one can have faith as small as a mustard seed such one can say to the mountain, ‘move from here to there’ and it will be so. Considering these two scriptures you will agree with me that our problem about faith is not if it is big or small. Before God faith is faith as snakes are snakes weather big or small. Big or small, every faith must extend to its three dimensions. By revelation the Holy Spirit pointed out to me the three dimensions of faith ones faith must stand firm on:
1. Believing faith
2. Confessing faith
3. Action faith.
James 2: 26 says “As the body without the Spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead”. When one believes God for a particular thing, it is not enough to just believe but it must agree with what we speak about that situation when challenges come. Every belief has its challenges ;for instance in Exodus 4: 29 – 31 after Moses and Aaron performed the two signs before the elders of the people of Israel, the bible said they believed and were happy to go out of the Egyptian captivity; but if you go to Exodus. 5: 19 – 21, when Pharaoh became angry with their decisions and made work difficult for them, the same believers started quarrelling and insulting Aaron and Moses. The challenges that emerged affected their faith and they confessed negative. For one to operate in the supernatural and have good results there must be a steadfast commitment to your claim and nothing should make your tongue say out anything contrary to the fulfilment of such belief. Again in Exodus 14 : 10 – 16 after Israel left Egypt, just before crossing the red sea Pharaoh and his men reinforced and pursued Israel. The bible recorded that the Israelites started asking Moses if there were no graves in Egypt. To them Moses plans for bringing them out was so they may die in the wilderness. This was not their initial belief before following Moses; they initially believed that God through Moses was taking them into a land flowing with milk and honey but when challenges came, their confessions changed. This year no amount of influence from hell will change your language about God promises, in Jesus name!
No wonder all the people who left Egypt except Joshua and Caleb did not enter into the promise land. Numbers 14: 28 – 29 also recorded a time when God was concerned with Israel’s confession in the wilderness and God said “Tell them as surely as I live says the Lord, I will do to you the very things I hear you say, - In this desert, your bodies will fall every one of you twenty years old or more who was counted in the census and who has grumbled against me. Grumbling makes ones faith ineffective. Israel was overtaken by challenges of the wilderness, and they began to grumble against God and that brought about confessing death. God responded He will do to them just as they say. My question is what are you saying about your life, health, family, ministry, business this year? I charge you, even in the face of the greatest challenge to stand firm and keep on speaking out what you originally believed and it shall be so.
HOW TO CONNECT TO GOD FOR MAXIMUM RESULT
1. CREATE A GOOD NETWORK BETWEEN YOU AND GOD
(2 Samuel 6: 1 – 9)
After David was made king over all Israel, he did what did not occur to Saul by going to bring back the ark of covenant that represents God’s glory to Israel. The ark was lost to the Philistines in 1 Samuel 4: 1 – 21, Saul as Israel first king was not interested in God’s glory, so he didn’t mind if the ark came back or not because he needed the people and the kingdom more than he needed God , but David needed God more than any other thing. For us to be connected and operate in the supernatural, we must desire more of God than other things (title, people, firm, wealth etc). If we do all this, other things will be added to us this year (Matthew 6: 33). We need God’s presence more than any other thing or any other relationship as we advance this year.
2. OBIDIENCE TO HIS COMMANDS
In 1Chronicles 20: 20 Joshua said to the Israelites “Listen to me Judah and the people of Jerusalem believe the Lord your God and you will be established and believe his prophets and you will prosper. In John 2: 5 Mary the Lord’s mother advised the disciples “what ever he says to you do it”.
To be obedient is to be submissive to authority, following order. Prophet Samuel said to king Saul obedience is better than sacrifice. In order to have a place in the heart of God, we need to be flexible in his hand, we need to be the clay and allow the potter to mould us as he wishes.
3. HAVE VISION
Proverbs 29: 18 says where there is no vision the people perish. Vision is divine ideas inspired by God, it is what God wants you to contribute to the world. Each New Year must come with a fresh vision which is the continuity of your global vision. Every New Year must have new objectives, ideas etc. Without vision this year, there will be nothing to pursue and accomplish. Visionaries are not satisfied with what is happening but they are interested in what is going to happen and work hard to make it happen. I prophesy over your life that this year you will not get satisfied with where you are but will push harder for a new height in Jesus name!
4. IMMEDIATE PURSUIT OF YOUR GOAL
Few people grasp and pursue vision early in life, but many believe you need to wait a bit for there is still time. that is a sign of procrastination. Don’t waste time, the world needs your ideas, inventions, art works, discoveries, messages etc. if you just sit around this year and have nothing doing, it means you have no vision. People with vision have no time to waste; every minute counts for new achievements, so don’t allow anything to delay your speed this year. I prophesy a speed that can not be hindered. As you step out by faith, nothing will stop your entrance into his promise this year. Congratulation! see you in the next level !
