Pray for America
14.5 million Americans have no work or jobs, 12.3 children are hungry, and everyone knows someone who has lost their home to foreclosure. Our streets are war zones with gangs in rule, we respect nothing not human life and certainly not God.
We are constanly talking about the problems but what are we doing about them? We know God hears and answers prayer but are we praying? We must pray and pray like never before in public and come together as a nation of believers. We sing "God Bless America", "America the Beautiful", and many others proclaiming our love for God and America but we have stopped praying. We use money saying "In God we Trust" but yet we trust everything but God. The children of America are watching and behaving accordingly. It is later than we think and we must come together and pray without ceasing. All of America must hear and see the Body praying. America is dying because we refuse to come together 2Chronicles 7:14 is clear "if my people who are called by My name will humble themsleves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land. It brings me to tears to think we can come together to do everything but pray we can come together to be members of various networks, groups, twitter, you name it but won't pray. My heart and spirit is broken seeing what we have become today.
