1 Corinthians 12;7, "But the manifestation of the spirit is given to every man to profit with".

All Prophets must learn to always practice a life of retreating to the altar of the Father. We Must prepare ourselves for the move of God. Preparation must come before declaration. You have no right to declare the word of the Lord' if you have not still yourself in his presence. It i mportant to understand the Holy Prophets o the Old Testament cod not make things just happen, they first had to get a hold of God. We cannot make the Lord use us but we can be prepared for him to use us. Our wills must become totally dependant and submitted to God's Will. Listening to the voice of the Lord will tune your prophetic ability up. God is speaking "Do you have quality time to spend to listen to what he is saying. "Speak Lord thy servant listens for you."
